Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

I was having a gander on Pinterest, while I was really inspired to make a Valentines Treats video and came across this recipe. These cookies are so so Yummy, Look amazing and make a great Gift idea for any of your loved ones!!


•3 Large Eggs
•3 Cups Plain Flour
•2tsp Baking Powder
•1/4tsp Baking Soda
•1/4 Cup CoCo Powder
•Red Food Colouring
•1 1/3 Cups Granulated Sugar
•1 Cup Icing Sugar
•3/4tsp Salt
•1 1/2tsp Vanilla
•1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
•3/4 Unsalted Butter
•1Tbsp Milk


•In a mixing bowl: Flour, CoCo Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt. Whisk so all the dry ingredients are combined.

•Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer: Cream the butter and sugar until pale in colour and fluffy in texture.

•Mix in the eggs one at a time.

•To the mixture add the milk, Vanilla and food colouring. 

•Once this is well combined you can begin to slowly add your dry ingredients to the bowl. 

•Mix in your chocolate chips.

•Wrap the mixture and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours!

2 Hours Later...

•Preheat your oven 180•c

•Roll the mixture into small balls.

•Roll the balls though the icing sugar. They should look like Bonbons.

•Place on a baking sheet/baking paper and squish down.

•Bake for 13-14 mins.
