• 5 Medium Eggs
• 281g Butter
• 281g Caster Sugar
• 281g Self Raising Flour
• 1tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 Vinilla Extract

• 250g Soft Unsalted Butter
• 500g Icing Sugar
• 1tsp Vanilla Extract
• Green Food Colouring
• Blue, Yellow,Green & Orange Ready Roll Icing
• Chocolate fingers
•Mini chocolate fingers

• Prepare two large sandwich tins and a small tin with butter and grease proof paper.

• Preheat your oven to 175•c

• Cream your butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.

• Slowly incorporate the remaining ingredients until the mixture is well combined.

• Divide the mixture between the 3 prepared tins.

• Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven. When it is coming up to the 20 minute mark ensure your check your cake regularly. You do not want to over bake your cake.

• While your cake is cooling make your butter cream.

• Cover the cake in an even layer of butter cream as a crumb coat.

• Roll out some blue icing and place on top of the cake. Tim off any excess.

•Apply a thicker layer of butter cream going around the edge of the cake. While this is still soft and not set, push in the chocolate fingers.

• Create ducks and lilly pads out of icing.
